Hey Tracy Concerning the Water intake, Mom had this a year ago and she said to tell you that you will know what you can have, you will know it when your pouch is full. It is like having a baby, you know when you are in labor. So just go off how you feel, you will know when it is full. Bu****er is awesome. Drink as much a possible with in reason. It makes you feel alot better. Candice
