HELP!!Dr. Ricardo Kelly in Mexico

Has anyone heard of Dr. Kelly in TJ mexico. His Web site is www.obesitybusters.com. I can not find one referral or anyone who has had dealings with him. I have talked to him and he is very nice. I just want to find out if anyone knows about his service. JULIE

Julie, I have not heard of Dr. Ricardo. I was banded by Dr. Lopez in November. I have lost 30 pounds. I went through wwwBelighter.com and i have been happy. I have heard that Dr. Kury, or Dr ortiz are also Good. I just liked working with belighter. Jessica penner
