Carrie's friend and Aetna

I tried to post response to Carrie's question on Dr.Aguirre patient forum but it still not working so I will plays it here on our message board. Hi Carrie, I am sorry about your friend. What kind of complication? I have Aetna HMO they denied my surgery. Until now they don't know that I had surgery in Mexico. However when doctor does my blood work they do pay for it, sorry couldn't be any more help to you. I hope your friend will get better soon . Julia
