it went well. i never had nauseau and i dont have the staples...just the tube thingy. i walked on the 7th (very little but at least i got up and walked) and have been walking VERY slowly since. ive been sticking to water, manzanilla tea, sugar free jello, clear broth and my vitamins. it was much cheaper to do this over there in monterrey and im happy so far with the results. ivy

im doing very well. i had the rny. ive already lost a lil more than 20lbs the first week. is that normal? ivy
