PS in MEXICO--Payments?

First question--If you've had a TT in Mexico, who did you use? How much (total) did it cost? Second question--Does anyone know of a PS in Mexico that would work on a payment plan? I can't do surgery until June (RN school) but could start making payments now. Thanks!
