I just wanted to say hi.

I'm doing really good and loving the energy that have after surgery.

I can not believe just a few weeks out and I have energy .....yes...

I will start talking more about my day to day journey so that you all can keep giving me raw raws. I have lost 18lb and cant believe  that I have done so good on following rules. good night to all talk to you all tomorrow.

Congratulations on your weight loss.  It is so nice to hear good things about Dr. Q. since I will be there next week.  I am going back to work 1 week after my surgery.  How did you feel 1 week after surgery?

I felt good after one week to go back to work but it all depends on what kind of work you do. But if you do not have to do any heavy lifting you should be just fine. Good to here you are soon to be sleeved. Congratulations and keep us all informed on everything.
