Gastric Sleeve Surgery Raffle at the OH Event!

Please stop by the A Lighter Me table at the Obesity Help Event and sign up for the raffle.  We will be giving away a Free Gastric Sleeve Surgery!  Come and meet last years winner and see how well she has done!  All you need to do is fill out a raffle ticket!  We will draw a name at the end of the event on Saturday evening.  Please call our office if you would like more details.  If you have already had surgery, you can still sign up and give it to a friend!
