Dr Gabriel Rosales??

I'm new on here, just beginning the research process. I'm planning to drive (being driven) to Mexico for a Gastric Sleeve. I see many docs in TJ are less expensive, but since I'm driving, the TX border will be closer. Dr. Rosales is the most affordable on this side of Mexico. I'm having trouble finding much info on him. Has anyone out there heard of him? Good...Bad?

I have a friend on FB that actually lives in Springdale, AR and she was sleeved in Mexico. Inbox me. She is very open about it and may be able to give you some advice.

I would be interested to know anything you find out, too!  I don't plan to go for another 5 months, but I am having a hard time finding much info.  However, I know he works with Dr. Alvarez-who seems to be a VSG rock star!
