I don't like my program and have chose not to go back for followups. I took a list (that I got from Andrea U. on the RNY Board) to my PCP and she writes the lab slip. We look it over together and if I have any concerns I bring them up on the RNY board, there are some great people on there that have done a lot of research and know their stuff.

Hi all,  It has been some time since I have been on this site.  I thought this would be the place to go with my issue.  So, I had Dr Aslam do my RNY 10 years ago and have not had any follow up since year 1. He has seemed to skip town and is now practicing medicine in Rumford now.  I have tried several times over that past few years to get an appointment to follow up with another surgeon but with a "fee" they won't see me.  So, this is where I need your help!  I know there are alot of you that has had Dr Aslam and I would like to know what your doing for follow up.

Yes, and you are missed at the cafe support group!  Are you coming on the 5th? Hope to see you! Lots of plastics since last time you were there, you will be amazed!

 Hi  All   I  still am here and checking the board weekly unless i get an email that says someone has posted something.    there is support group coming up  next tuesday in bangor.   I am bumping up my zumba starting next week to six sessions a week.   She having machines on saturday  like curves and you will do a song on machine then a song  doing zumba should be interesting.  Hope all is fine with all@!!!!!
