Just a note to let you know, I had went to a Staying on Track class February 21st, led by Dayna. It was a very good class. It's a very supportive & caring class. I am glad i went. I am struggling, even though i am going on 3 yrs out come June 12. i am a compulsive overeater, and I know it.
The date of my surgery I had weighed 303 lbs (June 12, 2008). I desire to stay on the losers bench & keep you posted on my progress.
I am very thankful to Dayna, and to others that are down to their goal, and are willing to offer help to those in need.
I desire to get down to 180 lbs. Right now, I am 236 lbs as of February 14th, 2011. i am starting to exercise (do physical exercise, and I already registered for Moveandimprove.org) It's easy & free to sign up moveandimprove.org
Thank-you, Patty, for all you do, it means so much to me, and I know others here on this losers bench feel the same way I do, that you & others do your best to make others feel a warm welcome, and that you accept everyone for who & what they are. God bless you, richly, Patty.
I would like to welcome Joanne H. to the losers bench, and that she will get the warm & loving support that others here & myself gets. Joanne, I know & others know that you will get to your goal, one day, one pound, one step at a time. We can do this together.
To be honest, everyone here, is special, important, precious, loving, caring, sensitive, blessed uplifted. edified. Thank-you, everyone.
Thank-you for your time. Have a wonderful, uplifting week ahead:-)

My favorite breakfast is a protein shake (vanilla or chocolate) made with skim milk added to a cup of hot coffee. 2 1/2 years out and I still have this EVERY day in the AM.

I am exercising and feeling great. I have not had one problem at all since day one. I love Phase 4 because I at least get to chew my food. It is very important to chew and to take small bites. I found that when I get full I hiccup and that is my sign to stop eating. Take the thirty minutes to eat your meals and do not drink 30 minutes before, during or after your meals.
I made a mistake and took a sip of water one night while eating and it filled me up so I could not eat the rest of my meal. I have gone from size 18 pants into 14s!!!! I just bought three new pairs of size 12 because by the end of the month I will need them. I have lost my butt and it feels great.
I am walking two miles a day while carrying 3 pound hand weights. My arms are getting smaller and I am losing my boobs. What an awesome feeling it is. I find that in Phase 4 my go to meal is 1/3 cup of FF cottage cheese, 2 slices of peach packed in water, and 1 to 2 ounces of deli sliced thin turkey or roast beef.
I am getting in all of my water with no problems at all and I am up to 53 grams of protein a day on average. My protein is the first thing I eat!
I have never been so happy in my life. I feel great and have never been tired or had any pain.
Thank you for asking!
My husband says my face is getting small and my coworkers are like WOW you look great. I can even wear a belt with my shirt tucked in now.
If I could figure out how to upload pictures I would.
Take Care
