I agree but Spring is right around the corner! Congratulations on the weight loss! I am slowly but surely headed in the right direction. I am about 84 lbs. from my goal and it has only been 6 months since surgery. I hope to be there by the end of the year. Are you going to support group on the 15th?
I plan on being there haven't seen you since like November!

If it could be a little warmer out that would be nice, I'm getting tired of winter and being cold! :)  Make it happen, will ya?!

Hello everyone!  I hope that in my long absence that everyone has been doing well.  I, myself, am doing wonderful!  I am down to 244 and have 28 more pounds to go to get to my prescribed goal weight.  I am so excited!  I have an appointment with MMC Bariatric Surgery on March 15th. I am 1 1/2 yr. out and I imagine it will be a good appointment.  I am hoping that during that appointment that I will get a referral to the plastic surgeon.  That will be the next step of my journey.  I will have to see about getting my before and now pictures posted ASAP.  I will see what I come up with.  I hope everyone is making great progress.  I will try to get back to more regular posting.  Life has a way of getting busy.   Take care all.
