Hi Kelly!

It was good to see you a few weeks ago, and both my wife and I missed you at yet another Surgical Weight Loss group meeting in Rockport on Saturday (We've really found it helpful to have a weekend meeting to attend...it's so hard to get to Bangor during the work week.)

Maybe we'll see you at the next one?  We had quite a large gathering this past Saturday!

Have a great day!

That is awesome Dave (as I sit here in new pants I bought over the weekend).  I used to think name brands were so stupid.... Now I buy whatever I want even if is name brand, I realize now I just thought they were stupid because the only place I could shop was Lane Bryant.  By the way, you and your wife look like hot young couple already!

Hello, I had Rny Gastric Bypass on March 28th in Augusta which is about 3 hrs away from where I live. Was wondering for your support groups do you have to have had the surgery at EMMC to be able to attend? My mother and I would love to find somewhere to go that is closer for us.

Topic: Looking for Vertical Sleevers
I've got one more NUT appointment and meet with Dr. Toder in mid June.  Would like to friend with some people that have gotten the Vertical Sleeve.  Also doesn't anyone know the average time between meeting with surgeon and scheduling surgery?  My friends are calling this my summer of uncertainty since I have so many things up in the air.   I'm chewing my food like crazy and timing my fluid intakes.  Hope to start exercising.  Anything else that you can recommend?

They should have headphones there you can use to plug into the little TV's in the room, and those are standard headphones, with a 1/8th inch mini-plug.  I can't speak to iPod's, because I don't have an iPod, but any normal headphone jack, they can loan you a set of headphones (for the TV), but they will plug into any normal MP3 player I know of as just a standard jack.

Hope that helps!!!

I still hate clothes shopping lol...but at least buying clothes in a store makes it easier.  Congrats on your success so far, you both are doing a really great job!

David that is so awesome.  I am so happy for you.  You will have to post your pics so we can see how handsome you are.  It is the little things (but not so little things) that really count the most.  It feels so great when people notice that you are working hard at changing your lifestyle.  Keep up the good work.
