i can't remember reading in my manual about NOT taking pills in capsule form after having the gastric bypass June 12, 2008, Dr. Toder for a surgeon.
I would love to hear from others that had the gastric bypass (laproscopic with 6 pin holes)

Second floor Emmc Mason Auditorium time is 4:30 to 6:30 it is perfectly ok to be late or leave early.
If you are struggling with something make sure you get it out there as that is what we are here for to support each other.
Following the rules is not always easy and some of us stuggle with weight gain after a year or two or three.
But the name of the game is to follow the rules 80 percent of the time and we can be successful!!!
Quarterly clothes swap. not sure where it will be yet but could me in mason after meeting. Bring any clothes that you would like to get rid of Gently used and clean please. All sizes appreciated. I have a bag of large and extra large that i am bringing.
We all know that as we lose the weight we go down in sizes quickly but we also have people that are just starting out that need the bigger sizes too.
I have had a great summer I went to California for a week and next week will go to Canada and Michigan with my husband.
We are going to see the great lakes that we have not seen yet. Hope to see everyone tonite.

Walmart and Hannaford have a great selection of protein shakes and so does Shaws. My daughter in law loves Muscle milk as she needs a lactose free one.

sorry i didnt get but the weight loss people that i had my wls with have a doctor that does other than sugery Her name is Dr Dayhem and I am not sure what it is diet exercise and maybe help with appetite surpressant but i am not sure.

Hello everyone! I live on Sebago Lake in Maine and was hopping someone could point me in the right direction in finding a doctor that prescribes Phentermine or any weight loss drugs? I am Obese and needing a good jump start to get out of the hole I'm in. Any help on centers here in Maine that have helped others would be great as well. Thank you so much!

Oh my does time fly by.!!! Here we are in June already and I am five and a half years out.
I hope you all know that success comes in maintaining weight loss. Most of us will put some back on after we can eat more. But success is when you know you are putting some back on and stop it!!! Some people put some back on and throw in the towel and keep putting it back on. This lady does not want to ever go back to where i was so it is a constan****ch on what goes in my mouth because i can eat more now. I eat normal like i did when i was young and this body does not need all that extra. I also know that i Ihave to do some sort of exercise.
I hope all has had a great winter and enjoy the summer it is our time to get outside and at least walk.
I am going to go to california this summer to visit a friend and am taking my youngest grandson to canada I have never had him over nite and he is 7 now so it is time. Then we are going to visit nieces in ottawa.

430 to 630 followed by a clothes swap. Bring clean clothes and take clothes no money exchanged and a great way to get some new things for the wardrobe.

Thank you for sharing your story. I think logging onto this site this morning, has been the best thing I have done for awhile. I have found inspiration.
I have not reached my goal-I am quite away from it. This Sept it will be 3 years out for me. Gaining back my weight has been a big disappointment to me. I struggle with those carbs and I hope to steer clear.
