Topic: Milk alternative?
Ok so I have figured out that I am lactose intolerant and I am and always have been a big milk drinker.
I find I do fine with yogurt, cheese, ect but drinking it forget it.
so being a big milk drinker and by big i mean like if im thirsty going to the fridge and taking a swig out of the jug.
What is the closest tasting alternative to the real thing?

Thanks for your info.  I am starting the process and need a tummy tuck and inner thigh lift and breast lift.  My arms are ok.  I have a consult in Waterville on the 13th and plan on getting a few more before I make a decision.

Topic: Recovering from plastics
I'm a long time lurker that is now stuck at home for the next 6 weeks recovering from my plastic surgery, so I decided to finally post a message. I have been planning this plastic surgery for over a year now since I have lost all my weight and have maintained.  On Thursday the 29th I had brachioplasty (arm lift) and breast augment with silicone implants at CMMC with Dr. Harmatz.  I have to say that so far the recovery hasn't been that bad.  The pain is very minimal with the worst being in the morning because you have lie on your back with your arms on pillows and can't really adjust your postion. Since we have lost all the weight our butts are not that comfortable to lie on for hours:)  I just thought that  I would post a message incase anyone wanted to ask any questions, I will be around for the next 6 weeks with not too much to do except heal.  I see that some of you are getting ready to start planning for plastics.  I have to tell you that it's been a very expensive decision, almost 11,000 that I paid for both procedures at the same time.  I am lucky that I don't have a pannus or need a tummy tuck so that I could splurge on my  ars and breasts.  Well back to resting my arms on pillows:)

I mixed sugar free grape koolaid with those grape protein bullets they sell at GNC.  The koolaid made them taste way better.  I couldn't do those protein shakes.  YUCK!!!
