31 lbs. lost before surgery!  My goal is 150lbs.  My surgeon's goal is 110lbs.  I just can't imagine that weight right now.  Maybe someday . . .

I can't do milk or greek yogurt.  I haven't found an alternative yet.  I have just kinda learned to live with out it.  Sorry I can't be more helpful.

I've been very fortunate also.  I drink Hood Calorie Countdown fat free milk every morning for breakfast.  Maybe the soy milk would work for you?  good luck!

Sounds like you are doing great.

The important thing  right now is not to get dehydrated.

Protein shakes or   greek yogurt is  great.

 I had my surgery at 730 and now im sitting up in a chair. i am in a lot of pain!! Ill post again soon when i feel better!!!
