Keep up the hard/good work. The first week is rough but it gets better. Try drinking room temp liquids.

It's hard to stay on liquids for a month, but this too shall pass. Keep up the good work, the weight will come off.

Nothing too big to report. I'm feeling good, having trouble eating what I should. I am so sick of all the things I can have. Can't wait for Tuesday to get my diet advanced. My weightloss is pretty stalled, two days ago it said I gained 2 lbs, yeah right, then I was down a pound yesterday and again today putting me right back where I was two days ago. It's got to be some deal with metabolism or fat stores or water weight or???? because in taking in less than 400 calories per day I cannot possibly be gaining. I would like to eat a little more to maybe get things going but cannot seem to. I am not hungry at all and have to make myself eat what I need to. I tried some new soup tonight and it was nasty so I had a popsicle. I know not the best trade. I'll have another protein shake before bed but don't want to. I'm doing pretty good with the fluids though and hopefully the nutritionist will have ideas for me next week. I need to add in exercise too, must put it on my calendar. Dh got the elliptical assembled so I'm eager to try that out and we are buying bicycles on Tuesday, yay. I haven't ridden a bike in probaby 20 years so I hope it truly comes back :-) I'm still glad I did it but REALLY look forward to eating real food again even if it is in tiny portions.

The water test is what i had to do before they let me go home. I had to drink 16 ounces of water in 4 hours. It was really hard!! I had a tube in under my new pouch and they had to pull it out b-4 i went home. That was interesting it felt like they were ripping out my intestines. I am doing great today, got 1 preoein shake in and now crystal light. So far so good. Hope your doing well. Take care
