Glad to hear that you had a supportive year follow up visit.  I know that can make a world of difference when one feels supported.  Congratulations on the biking.  I've been tracking you on FB and you are doing wonderful.  Good luck on your visit to the fertility specialist!!!!  Hopefully there is a little one in your near future.  We are meeting at my house for the next support group meeting and having a clothing swap.  I hope you can come!!!!  We would all love to see you!

Welcome home!  Glad to hear you are doing well other than the headache.  Sip, Sip, Sip.

Don't let the stalls discourage you. They will pass. You are doing great!!!!! It won't be long before you are climbing after your little one on the playground!!! I will never forget my first time on the trampoline with my kiddos. What a treat for them...it was fun for me too!

Congratulation on the approval!  You'll be having surgery before you know it!

It sounds like you're doing wonderful and you've had some of the best WOWs there are - getting your life back!  Constipation is tough - I use FiberChoice twice a day and it helps tons.  Stalls definitely come and around 4 mos. I think is a common time.  Just roll with the punches and know that it will pass and you'll be losing weight again in no time.

I'm glad to hear you're home and feeling better.  You really shouldn't have any dumping problems as long as you stick to your food plan.  I lived on SF Jello and SF Pudding with protein mixed in and also greek yogurt with a little splenda added for sweetness at the beginning.  Sip sip sip and walk walk walk and you'll be feeling better in no time.

Congratulations!

Dr. H. removed my thyroid last June. I really like him. He is quiet - alittle shy, I think - and very skilled.

31 lbs. lost before surgery!  My goal is 150lbs.  My surgeon's goal is 110lbs.  I just can't imagine that weight right now.  Maybe someday . . .
