the tomato soup seems to be THE good thing for me, it is very soothing and comforting. The Hood calorie countdown stuff is awesome. The pnly trouble I have had so far was trying to push capacity to make the drinks an even 20 Gs. I went to 11/2 cups of milk (15 g) and my stomach can DRINK it, I am just miserable after. Too full and gurgly. I am surprised I can even do a cup and a half, plus the carnation, Im guessing that is just liquids and that I wont be able to do near as much solids. Going just by the liquid volume I can manage, it seems my pouch is a little bigger than I expected. Guess solids will be the real test, though.
PS cheese? what is this thing you speak of?

I have 16oz of the Hood calorie countdown fat free milk every morning to get some protein in me.  You can't beat those stats!!!  Good stuff!

It's been a few years since I went through the program, but what Ethansmommy said sounds about right!  Just be prepared to take notes and ask questions!  It's overwhelming but just take it 1 step at a time!  Good luck!  (I'd LOVE to go back and do the class again, just to see what's changed!  Yup...I'm a glutton for punishment!  Believe it or not.........I STILL go to the support groups too!!  haha)

Sorry to tell you..........Mine still hasn't caught up!  I still look at xl tops and size 16 pants though I fit into 8's and 6's and M-L tops.  It's really weird how long it takes our minds to catch up.  I'm sure others will have other experiences to share, but, so far...........I'm STILL playing catch up!  (Maybe it's because I was SOO overweight for SOOO long?  I dunno!!)  Let me know if you figure out how to get the mind to catch up!

What do they do to the milk to make it have more protein? How does it taste?

31 lbs. lost before surgery!  My goal is 150lbs.  My surgeon's goal is 110lbs.  I just can't imagine that weight right now.  Maybe someday . . .
