Huh.  I've never seen that before.  I'll have to look for it.  I drink TONS of milk and any extra bit of protein helps!

Oh boy, it takes a loooong time!  I'd been feeling the same way.  Despite a 70+ lb loss, I couldn't really "see" the changes.  I found that taking a lot of pictures and comparing them to my pre-op ones - looking at them over and over again - helped me to at least start to see the differences.  It won't shape up your mind's body image entirely, but it does help.

I, too, still go for clothes that are larger than I really need!  It just doesn't seem possible that I might actually be able to fit into some size 14/16s, etc.  But it's always a thrill when I do!  :D

After you filled out your online registration, how long does it take to get notice to see a dietician etc??

Tomorrow will be a great day for you! Be patient with yourself for the next couple of weeks . . .Please post as soon as you can after surgery to let us know how you are doing. We'll be thinking of you!

31 lbs. lost before surgery!  My goal is 150lbs.  My surgeon's goal is 110lbs.  I just can't imagine that weight right now.  Maybe someday . . .

I can't believe tomorrow is my surgery, in the beginning it seemed like it would be so far away and now it is here!  I doubt I will be too productive at work today lol.  My mind is distracted with extreme excitment, joy, worry, and nervousness lol
