never thought eating a ham and swiss rollup would be so exciting. Doc says Im doing great, but she wont let me start at the gym for another 4 weeks. I was really hoping yo go next week and just be careful. Oh well, she knows better than I. Went out for dinner with a friend, broiled haddock and mashed potatoes. I had about 3 bites of haddock, WAY too dry bleck, and the tip of my fork full of potatoes. They had peppered it real heavily, which didnt help a bit. I had a few tough moments with the dryness, but stopped when I felt uncomfortable. Not the best meal to get back to life with, but trial and error, and I can do this.

That is not a weird thing to celebrate!  Youre doing great!  Hope to see you on Saturday.  (Also rice and beans make a complete protein if eaten together)

Just be sure it's calcium citrate, we don't absorb the other kind and is just useless calories.  I think it is though as I tried some when I was there.  Couting the days until you are on the loser's bench!
