Even though the scale isn't moving as you might like it to, your body IS changing!  Congrats!  Hope your pants DON'T hit the ground (at least not while you are wearing them!)  haha!  Isn't shopping fun!?!?!?!?!?!

Congrats!  It takes time to get this whole process started but you have your  LIFETIME to reap the rewards!  It's WELL worth it!  Keep us posted on how it's going!

My appointment is august 5 at 8:00a.m....I do wanna go in before hand and get weighed, start the 5% to 10% weight loss!

I just wanted to say thank you to all your feedback you leave me on my posts, especially lately when I have been discouraged and struggling.  Today I weighed myself and I have started losing again, roughly 5lbs since last Thursday so it appears I am done with the stall and back on track.  Thanks again for all your help and advise!
