I got my pcp to do another referral for me since it has been almost 2 yrs since I started this process and chickened out.
I am planning on attending an info session on August 5th.
Waiting to hear back from Dr Loggins staff for 1st appt.
Anyone who has gone through this about how long does the pre-approval take?
I know I have to get lots of tests, and appts done first.

Welcome back!  Glad you are not giving up and going to get back on track. Come hang out with us more, and I agree support groups help to keep us accountable.

Once you get down to your goal weight, can you at least have a few meals a week that are off the plan to make you feel like you aren't living on a diet all the time? Most people that have normal weight do this. Best of luck, 800 is very low.
