I'm glad you are under a dietician's care. Seems very low, but it's working.

How about exercise? How many minutes do you get in during the week? EMMC nuts say 300 minutes per week to be succesfull.

Hello,
Just curious to see if any of you are going to the lap band support group this Wed.?  I'm hoping to make it.
Maybe I'll see you there?

Just wanted to see what you all thought about these things.  http://www.5hourenergy.com/  Since I don't drink coffee or anything besides skim milk and water, do you think once in a while it would be ok to have one of these for a pick me up?  They claim to have no surgar and zero carbs.  Since I have not have any caffeine beverages there are times where I am draggin my feet and thought maybe one of these may help lol.  Thoughts & suggestions?

I am so excited. I got my first appointment for July 29th. I almost fell over when she said the 29th. I thought she meant September.

It really depends on how much testing you need to do and if your insurance requires a 6 month supervised diet, etc.  I started Dec 27, 07 and had surgery April '08.  If you set your mind to it and get all the testing done quickly, things can move along as quickly.  Not sure what Dr L's waiting list is like anymore (since there are 2 surgeons now, it may not be as bad as it once was, but I'm not sure).  Good luck!

I was just looking at old posts. I am just starting the process again with Dr Loggins as well. I would like to be able to chat back and forth if you like?
