Topic: 2 bad days ...!!
I have to say I had too much fun yesterday, had a great time with our company, went out for lunch, nice long boat ride, made a nice fire outside and played a few lawn games, but dang, my Heals are killing me still from my Wed. walk. I have my granddaughter today, we are going to a local farm to see the animals, pick up a few things at grocery store, then go to marina to rent a paddle boat for an hour, will get my legs exercised. I didn't walk yesterday but did manage a 1/2 hour kayak ride. I really need to refocus on my water today also. What you doing to move today?

Salad and veggies are good choices
try a chefs salad and put most of it in a container to take home
what ever you choice putting three quarters of it in box right at beginning makes it easier.

Topic: Moving along with the testing
Well I have had lots of tests done so far in a short period of time. I feel a little like a guinea pig. LOL.
I had a sleep apnea test last week and my sleep Dr told me I had mild apnea and may benefit from a cpap machine so I go for that next week.
I had blood work and abg drawn on monday. Those ABG's were awful. I dont know any results yet. Last night my wrist had turned black and blue two days later after testing. The inside of my arm was already bruised so my right arm looks like someone tried to wrench it off.
Today I had my ultrasound of abdomen and legs and also the chest xray. I feel like I am really on my way. I see Dr next week about my endoscopy and have nutritionist appt on 24th. When I got on scale at sleep doctor I have lost 3 1/2 lbs since 2 weeks ago at his appt. My diet plan is working. Right now I am not drinking anything with calories except skim milk. I have cut out the naughty late night snacks and working on finding healthy snacks that fill me up. I love love love Laughing cow cheese spread on crackers. I also found a whole wheat wrap thats adds protein to my sandwich. Hopefully I am at least heading in right direction. Now that I have comfy sneakers I can get on with my walking.

Let's see, I'm having a hard time coming up with a wooohoo this morning, I hate headaches!! so, woohooo, I'm going out on the beautiful calm lake to kayak right now, get some peacful and calm moments, then happy to have some friends visit a little later this morning. Ya'll have a great day
