I've been using this site for a long time, http://www.mapmywalk.com/ I try to switch my walks around and it will track how far I have gone.  I want to up my walk this week and hate walking by my house 2 or 3 times it is too temping to stop and not get what I want done.  SO I tracked a new walk up to poland Spring Inn and back home and it is 3.5 miles, mostly up hill getting there, but will be easy coming back. feeling a little humid today so gonna wait till a nice dry day to do it.  hope you can find yourself a new route.

Good Monday Morning friends !!

Ok, confession time.  OMG, iwas so bad yesterday I had lazagna for lunch, an italian for supper, a whole one, it took me some time to eat it, but a whole freakin italian.  got on scale and put on 3 lbs.  now, i'm very serious.  I also am upping my walking this week up to 14 miles, my heals are still a little sore but do-able. (will do 2 miles in the morning and one after Dinner) I really need to get down 5 lbs.  by Aug 31st.  so, since I failled at my water last week, I'm going to try again,  i'm tracking on Daily plate, staying under 1000 calories.  anybody wanna 2 week challenge with me??  I've got some big things coming up, vacation in November, some special company coming in Sept and October.  I need to look my best.  so my 3 Goals for the week to accieve this:

1.  46 oz water daily
2.  14 miles of walking
3.  track food on Daily plate / 1000 calories

Good Morning everyone.  I have crap of stuff to do today, so not much time to play, but I guess that is a good thing.  I need to go into town to bring My little man to visit his parents, then I have to pack all his stuff, clothes, sleeping bag, you name it and everything has to have his name on it.  I need to do my weekly paperwork and fax it. i will be bringing him to camp on Tues.  It will be nice to have some time off especially with all the state budget cuts have taken almost all my day's off away.  i've gone from having 30 days a year off to 7.  ok, enough whinning, I am lucky to have a great job and do have alot of alone time, but, it would be nice to have a full 24 hours off.

B:  activia and ww english muffin
L:  Hamburg patty
D:  brocolli slaw, chicken

like I told you last week the only day I have avail is Monday,  I have to bring RB to Pine Treee camp on Tuesday, then my Son and his GF are coming home for the rest of the week, so since we don't have RB for the week we are planning all kinds of things.  plus I hear the weather is going to be crappy on Monday.  I MIGHT??? have Friday off, not 100% sure, I'll let you know.

ohhhh, man had another wonderful night at our neighbors, we are so lucky tohave such a wondrful neighborhood, filled with gread friends.  the men beat our ass at our olympic lawn games,  but I'm thinking there will be a rematch real soon.  had a fire, picked on a huge plate of Nacho's and the strawberry Daq's were so yummy, of couse I can't type right now.  but I had a great day of exercise, I walked 2 miles and kayaked around the lake. ( about 2 hours) i'm really getting quite dark. Hoping I have 1/2 the mind to walk 2 miles in morning again.  might be an oucher!!!  well, ni night to you all.  maybe I can focus on water, water, water tomorrow

I spent the day shopping in NH and at the Kittery outlets with my mom and daughter today.  Eating was HORRIBLE (chinese fast food for lunch and then sensible supper for seafood.....BUT...I did try a fried clam!  NOM NOM!   It's been a LONG time!!!)  I figure with as much walking as we did today, I SHOULD have worked it off, right?

I need to get better with the fluids too!  Tomorrow is another day!
