Don't "beat yourself up"!   I eat light lay's almost every evening!  BUT........I portion control and make sure I've had all my protein.   Maybe try making the dip out of greek yogurt instead to "curb" that "need"???   Just a thought!  I think it's all about moderation........just my opinion.......but follow your doc's/nut's plan!

Good luck!

Not sure why I "had" to have some of them, I think it was the french onion dip that I for some reason was craving and couldn't get it out of my head.  And it scares me that 3 or 4 chips with a little of that dip actually sat ok in my pouch, I wi**** would have made me dump or something so that I would never be tempted again by them.

I am looking forward to having a long weekend off, but during the week all I do is work and then go mowing with DH after work. Once the grass stops growing, back to P90X for this gal, I have 30 more pounds to goal.

20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

Hey Nathan, last night I had several Cape Cod potato chips.... Then I told my DD to get them away from me and don't bring them over again.
