I agree with the moderation thing. When we were on vacation I made onion dip w/fat free greek yogurt and I ate some every day. Then when vacation was over, I threw them out.

That is awesome news!  Isn't it great when they turn out to make us proud?

a few of you know that my son, went to college in BOston area, had a job there for 2 years and his job was "illiminated"  so he moved back home here in maine, his girlfriend in Boston, for 4 years. (TRAveled back and forth every week) after 2 years of dateing, he finally got a job 3 months ago as a office manager at Holiday inn in Boxborough MA, well 2 weeks ago he had his 90 day eval and it was awesome.  today he was called in the office and offered a NEW position, $10,000 raise, better hours. He is going to be in charge of all the office and enginiers, (i can't spell sorry) WOrds can't express how proud I am of him and his girlfriend who were already so excited to finally move in together and are doing so well,  he just told his Dad,  "THE RING" is next..... ?? OMG< mama is so proud of him.  boooohooo, I'm a blubbering fool right now.
