Topic: How Do I? - Change my "Goal" (Lower Please!)
Hi Everyone,
Today, when I entered my (new) weight (222.0 even), I broke my goal weight (225), down from my original (450). I'm now half the man I used to be!
I've decided I need to revise my goal, and bring it down another ten pounds...can anyone tell me how to modify that?
It was pretty cool to see the little graph below my name suddenly say "You Have Reached Your Goal!!!", though! But I've decided I'm not done yet!!!
Anyone?

Topic: RE: walden farms products
I found the product at my local Hannafords. They only had the salad dressing, but when I went to the Walden farms website they offered many different things. They offered fruit dips, syrups, sauces, bbq sauce, mayo. I will have to order some because the salad dressing isn't to bad.

I can honestly say I've never even heard of them. What kidn of products do they make? I wouldn't have any idea where to even look for them...

I had a pre program consult with Dr. Dayhim because of my cancer history and a question about another procedure. You will love her. She is so nice and really understanding. It is also very clear that she is very bright, detailed and knows her stuff.
I was requested to get my BMI under 50 before surgery and she gave me a very low calorie plan to get there. I am working on it and I hope by the time I have my program consult with her that I will be under 50 or even more. It is reasonable and doable.
Do you go to the support groups? Are you in the Bangor area? Do you know which surgery you are going to have?
Good Luck!

Topic: first appointment with Dr. Dayhim
Tomorrow is my first appointment with Dr. Dayhim, I am so nervous. The unknowns and what ifs is what is getting to me. How much weight will she want me to lose before surgery? How long from this point until surgery? Will insurance be smooth sailing?
