Topic: KATIE JAY'S WLS EVENT IN CONCORD NH!!

Meet Me (Katie Jay!) in New Hampshire...A Rare Opportunity for the WLS Community

(When you are one of the first 5 people to register for my exclusive seminar, you'll get a free book!)

Dear Small Bites Reader,

Many weight loss surgery patients contact me about how well they did initially, only to start to regain after some months or years. Or they haven't regained, but they sense they are changing and know they need to do something before the regain begins.

Other patients find life after surgery more challenging for other reasons, like relationship issues, boundaries, transfer addiction, and other stresses.

No matter what, I've got information you won't hear anywhere else to help you on your journey.

I am thrilled to announce I am coming to Concord, New Hampshire, on August 11, 2012, to provide a seminar for people who want to create their best WLS life after bariatric surgery!

Sorry to hear that you had to postpone your surgery but on the other had your next date is coming up soon.

Things are going great, the hospital stay wasn't to bad except for the fact that I got so swollen from all the fluids that they had to cut my wrist bands and everything else off my arms. I was released thursday and as of today I have no pain at all.

Hey I hope your surgery went well! I would have been in there that day too, unfortunately there was an accident and I had to postpone my surgery day. Thankfully August 7th is right around the corner!

I hope you are well and getting stronger, please give us an update as soon as you can!

Grant me the strength to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

You'll do great! I had my sleeve on 7/5. The liquid diet is the hardest part but if you just remember that it's needed to clear you out and make your stomach/body ready it makes it easier to stick with it.

Surgery wasn't as awful as I expected, but that may be because I've had 2 c-sections and this wasn't as bad. Now I'm home though, and recovery is slow going. I'm not having as much trouble as I thought i would getting my liquids and protein in, but it's a constant sip sip sip!
