Bleeding ulcers

Hi, I'm two years out and have had some knee pain this last winter. On the recommendations of an otheopedic surgeon I begain taking 2 Aleive in the moring and at night about 4 weeks ago. I did help the pain. Unbeknown to me this opened up 2 ulcers at the site of my bybass. This lead to my almost bleeding to death. I was hospitalized for a week and received 8 pints of blood. The ulcers were sealed and I'm now home. Still weak and tire easily. I no longer take Aleive.

Hello Norman, How scary. I'm glad you're doing somewhat better now. Had your surgeon approved this medicine for you as well? I'm still pre-op and I have alot to learn. Hope you fell 100% asap. Ann
