Hi Laurie: If you go to the support groups we've probably seen each other. CONGRATS on all your weight loss!! I had WLS with Dr. Clough also, Feb. 17th was my crossing over to the Loosers side for LIFE! I'm 7 1/2 weeks out and 28 pounds lighter since Feb. 17th. I'm 35 pounds lighter since I started the program back in Nov. 2005. I go see my surgeon and dietician for the second visit Monday coming up on the 10th. at 11a.m. (maybe we'll see each other!) Somedays I feel like I'm doing awful and I feel really fat and otherdays I feel fine. Sometimes I feel like I'm cheating awful if I eat and other days I'm fine. Guess it just goes with the territory! I try to stick to just whats on the paper they gave me and whats in my book. I haven't cheated at all on anyfoods. Scared too! I'm exercising everyday now and do aquatic exercises 1-3 times a week at the Y. Keep in touch ok? God Bless and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Loni in Milo

Congratulations!! You are an inspiration to me. I have my appointment to see my surgeon May 3. It is Dr. Susan O'Connor. She did my hernia repairs and she knows me. She is very caring and knows her skills. I have had weight problems all of my life. It is quite a process. This time, I am going to win. I have a friend that just went through it and she is doing great to. It's nice to have support. Linda

Hey Laurie, I'm waiting for insurance approval and my surgeon is Dr. Toder. I've been to only one support group but would love to attend more. Travel is a little problem for me. I come to Bangor quite frequently for work but it always seems to be on the wrong days for the groups! LOL Perhaps we will meet someday IF I get appoved. Cross your fingers for me!! C/
