How is everyone feeling from the holidays??

Hello everyone, I think everything has settled down from the holidays...kids are back in school everything has returned to normal...how is everyone feeling? I am doing awesome myself, growing with more and more energy everyday. I have a dietician appt on the 9th, so we will see if all my work is paying off...let me know how everyone is feeling...I havent heard from anyone in a while...I hope all is welll.....Laurie
