HI New to the board and have lots of questions?????

Hi everybody. My name is jennifer but for all purposes everybody usually call me jen. Was wondering do any of the members in maine or anywhere else have fibriods? I am a 34yr old black women living in maine will people who don't understand them. I'm in the process of almost getting fired and my dm of my region is being very close minded to the point of telling me I have personal baggage that is clouding my judgement and becoming bothersome to my fellow staff member.. I won't go into alot of detail but I been at the company for five yrs and have not wrote up but now I am a probelm. This has me, see red needless to say. My obgyn and I decided to remove them but not till I have my surgery for my gastric. She feels like it would be dangerous since I have just been diagnose with sugar. Has anyone else gone thru somthing close? p.s. (I have been denied by insurance company thus the hold up on the first surgery.) -thanks
