Medicare Insurance

Hi: I was just wondering if anyone out there knows how to get to talk to a real person at Medicare to find out how the paper work in progressing. All i get is a auto voice not a real person lol. I just wanted to bug them and mabey speed up the process a bit. thanks David Ackley
