wondering

hi all. if anyone can answer my question i have been posting ... still no response.... if anyone has had dr clough what is expected the first time meeting him.... any testing... or anything but talking?? still wondering i meet him monday the 15th of aug. a little nervous still..... thanks for the help from mareen on putting my pic on my profile....... thanks tammy

Hi Tammy, I had my surgery done by Dr Aslam in Augusta and I don't know Dr Clough but I wanted to pop in and at least wish you luck! Meredith

Tammy, I had Dr. Toder in Bangor for my surgery. I was a nervous wreck the day of my appt, but it was a breeze. She explained the surgery to me, told me about the hospitalization, etc and then asked if I had any questions and was willing to answer any that I had. I had surgery almost 2 years ago, so I could be forgetting something. Sorry I can't answer specific about Dr. Clough. Good Luck! Jill

Hi Tammy, I had my surgery in June 2003 by Dr. Clough........at the first appt I was weighed and he discussed the surgery and the risks of same..........also I believe that after the discussion I signed the consent form and then the office personnel started the referrals to the insurance company..........i don't think that I saw him again before surgery.......if I did I don't remember anyway!! I had some complications within a week after surgery requiring further surgery and Dr. Clough was wonderful..........

I had Dr. Clough do my surgery March 9, 2004 very very nice man. He will ask you if you really want to do the surgery and good luck. and before you know it you will have your date best of luck Patti 272/166/155
