Pregnant and need answers!

Hey guys, I had gastric bypass 8/2003 and I have now lost 156 lbs. Down from 360 to 204. I am 13 weeks pregnant and still loosing. I am scared because this is my 3rd child and I am so sick already. I still cant eat much and that is why I am loosing, the baby is taking everything I can eat for him. So baby seems to be doing fine, heart beat is good and ultrasounds are good. But I have been having fainting spells at least once a week. When I eat I have to lye down it feels like someone is sitting on my stomach and when I get up my eyes are blurry and I feel dizzy. they have done all the tests and they cannot find anything wrong. Has anyone out there been pregnant and had these problems? Please tell me if they stop! thanks for listening. Jen
