WLS but no Angel

Hi everyone, I am not sure about an angel. It sounds like a great idea, but I don't have one yet and not sure what I am supposed to do to get one. Hoping someone can enlighten me on this. Thanks all for your support. Paula

Paula! I would love to be your angel! I don't live far away and the hospital is just down the street. I'm having surgery a week and a half before you but lapband. I should be up and about by then though. We all met at the support group meeting in March. Just let me know! I'm Caryn P's angel but I don't think she would mind sharing! Take care! Judy

Hi Judy, That would be AWESOME!! But please take care of you first!! And yes I do remember meeting you at the group support meeting a couple months ago..Where have you been since then? Are you going this month? We will be there for sure. Would love to see you again. What is your WLS date? I would love to come see you if you think you will be up to it. My DH has an appointment on Tuesday with the oncologist to see what they will do about his lung cancer. So we will be close to home other than that. I tried to get him to let me postpone my WLS, but he won't hear of it. I want to tell you that this has all happened so quick for me..I just made the first call to DR. A. in March and now I am having my WLS in June..WOW! Keep in touch. Paula
