5 consecutive years weight

I am having difficulty because the lady that deals with the insurance will no submit my request because i am missing one year's documented weight. I have weights from 4 years, and am missing one in the middle. She basically said I can do nothing but wait 2 years to have 5 in a row. Can anyone help?
