Well I had my 1st consult...

Well I had my 1st consultation with Dr A and the nurse..I must say they both have made sure we were completely aware of everything about both lapband and gastric bypass WLS. I knew what I wanted when I went into the office and now I know even more that the "RNY" gastric bypass is for me!!! I went to the hospital for all the blood work and other.( ) Now I need to get my physic eval done and the dietician, then get a couselor..I think this should be pretty simple..at least I hope it is..and then once that is all in I can have my surgery!!! I am so excited to finally get myself healthy and to be able to look in the smaller size departments when shopping for new clothes~ and then to be able to sit on the floor and play with my great granddaughter..yippee~~~~ this is so AWESOME!! Is there anything I have missed?? If so please let me know..could be I am so excited I might have forgotten something. I want no excuses for not being able to get the WLS done soon. Paula
