My one year anniversary

Today is my one year anniversary. I actually got below 200 pounds this morning. When I started the whole process to have surgery I was at 397, day of surgery 378, Today I weigh 197. Yipppeeeeeeeeeeeee. Thanks to all who have been support to me. Good luck to all who are going through all the maddening , frustrating , red tape to have surgery. It's all worth it!!! Tracee R.

congrads to you that is a big accomplishment i myself am only 10 weeks out and i am happy with it so far down 38 only 50 to go and ill be at my goal best of luck to you keep up the good work debby

That is awsome Tracy!! Congratulations. I have heard after the first year it can be a little harder. I would think it would be easier though. You'll have to let us know

WOW!!Under the 200 mark isn't that fantastic??I can't wait to have my WLS and to be under the 200 mark, seems like forever since I have seen anything near that ..lol...Keep on Keeping on.
