I took my weight and measurments i am down 28 pounds im very happy with it i am 6 weeks out and i am down another 10.5 inches that is a total of 26 inches total since i started all of this one the 18th of january this is so awsome i went to walmart last night and bought a boys size large sweatshirt jacket a boys lol i was so happy by spring time ill be shopping in the girls section lol i have been using my excersise bike and my treadmill everyday or if i dont use the tread mill i go out for a walk and just use the bike it is so cool
