Hi Anastasia, I started this journey at 376. I had gastric bypass with Dr. D at CMMC. I did have complications after surgery: collapsed lung and an abscess on my spleen. OUCH! Went back into the hospital 2 days after going home after surgery for 4 days. Had a PICC line put in for 10 days of antibiotics (even at home). Had home health care nurses come to the house. Had to change the bags of antiobiotics myself, etc. It was definitely an adventure, but SOOOOOOOOOOOOO worth it! I have lost 90+ lbs. so far. (Not weighing myself for the next couple days. PMS!) It was the best thing I could do for myself. I'm now able to go into Fashion Bug and buy jeans off the rack! How awesome is that! I am looking forward to my 20th high school reunion this summer. Please feel free to email me privately if you have any other questions. Melissa
