I DID IT!

I HAVE LOST 100 POUNDS SINCE SURGERY!! I still have about 70 pounds to get to my goal but I am now at 217. I was 317 on 8/31/04 and 328 in July of 2004 (so actually 111 pounds from highest weight). I'm so excited and it's only been 5-1/4 months. I am still in a 22 pant and a large shirt but I don't have any 20s to try on, just 18s and those are way too tight. I am feeling so good about myself. I am no longer nervous about restaurant booths, chairs with arms or exercise. In fact, I look forward to trying new things and seeing that I can do them is incredible. I have been running on my treadmill and working out for 45 minutes a day five days a week and I actually enjoy it! Hopefully I will be back on here soon with another great milestone, being under 200!! Only 17 pounds to go, it could take more than a month, and that's okay, but I will be back with that update!!! Thanks for listening, Tracie
