photo came but lost profile -did you?

hello, I went to a meeting, did the test (LOL) 556 question, did lab ect.. then i sent my photo of before and few days later i went to see the message board and tried to sign on and i couldn't. I tried everything. my name my password ect.. but it said no find and no of the password. Has anyone had this. i had to do it all over again. i was wondering. how is everyone doing. Been awhile. I get my lung thing this weds. ok later all.
