6 days post op!

Hi everyone, Just wanted to give you all a update, I had my surgery last Friday the 7th and all went well, I was released on Monday. I went to Dr. Jimenez today to have my staples removed (just 3 above my belly button) and I have already lost 6 pounds!! The sorest part on my body are my arms mostly my right wrist where they had the arty line. My arms are also all black and blue from all the Iv's I had 3 just in my right arm! I have not been on any pain meds. And have started pureeds today. I made a ham soup and put it threw the blender OH MY GOD it tasted soooooo good! I go back on the 19th for my 10 day post release check up. looking forward to weight in boy does that feel weird, I always hated that part! Well it's getting late and I'm getting tired so talk to ya all later.

Hi Regina. I thought of you all that weekend i looked up a number int eh book..and was gonna call to see how you were but, I wasnt sure if youd feel comfortable with that. But i thought of you ...Im glad your doing well. I see Dr. Jimemez on Feb 7 for my initial appt...Hopefully it goes well. Take care...Keep us posted Erika
