upcoming surgery

I am scheduled for surgery January 19 with Renee Wolff. Pre-op testing is january 10, what do they do for tests? When do you have to stop eating?

it depends on the surgeon what testing i am going in the 18th of jan and i had galblatter ultrasound, blood work upper gi series , stress test and a lung test didnt need sleep study because i just had that about 6 months ago and a ekg test but mine was all done before just being a week away but every dr is different blood work is fasting , my upper gi was fasting and the ultra sound test was fasting and the stress test was fasting the only one that wasnt was the ekg
