Instant breakfast shakes

I just tried the carnation instant shakes and YAY they are pretty good. I'm still hungry but its getting easier well until I have to cook meals for my family thats kind of hard, like last night I cooked Steak and baked potates for them and boy did I want some. Guess I will learn to live with that. Well only 4 day to surgery. I've lost 5 pounds since last Wednesday very cool! I am so excitted but nervous at the same time. Thank you all who emailed me It came at a time when I really needed to hear some surport so thank you all.

You will be surprised at the things you WON'T miss after surgery. Your tastes, wants, and urges change alot! Best of luck to you on the 7th! You'll be a big loser before you know it! Kim
