Wish I could give you some tips but since my doctor never made me do liquids I can not help you. It will be hard but you can do it!!
How about fatfree or sugar free hot cocoa? I love that stuff and add Unjury chocolate protein to it. I do it at least 2x a day and LOVE IT!
Can you have soups? Jello is good too. But you have to get stuff with nutrients in it so you wont get weak.
