Is a B12 suppliment I can buy over the counter? I have an appt with Dr. Clough on Jan 3rd but I have been feeling dizzy, and cant focus. I hear it could be my B12 level. Should I try taking it and how much?? Thanks.. Kelley

Hi Kel, I know we talked on AIM today about the B12 thing, but please let me know what Dana had to say about it. Also make sure you are getting in enough protein and water, I have found if I am not getting enough of either I get rather dizzy. It was super talking with you! Theresa

Kelley, Dr. Toder has me taking a B12 sublingual once a week and I buy mine at GNC at the Bangor Mall. They have sugar-free ones that I take. I agree with Theresa, when I get dizzy it is usually when I haven't been getting all my water in. It will be interesting to see what Dr. Clough says. By the way--it was nice to see you post again--I have been wondering about you! Jill

Hey there Jill!!!! How are you doing? It has been a long time since you or any of the "old" crowd has posted. Hard to think of us as the oldies. I wish everyone would post updates on themselves, it would be nice to hear from everyone but it would also help the newbies too. Happy Holidays! Theresa

Hi! I am doing really good. I haven't posted in a long time--I spent the summer camping and since then it seems like life has been crazy--I do get online and read the posts almost daily, I'm just not good about responding to any. I am hoping to get to a support group meeting in the next couple of months, and my goal is to get a new picture posted soon. I am about 4 pounds from Dr. Toder's goal and I have surpassed the goal I had set for myself. It was good to hear from you--I promise to try and do better about posting. Take Care. Jill
