i had my one on one consult with dr d augustine in lewiston i was very impressed he is a very nice man he answered all my questions and concerns , i go for my nutritionist appt. with jill young tues the 12 , then oct 25 treadmill stress test , and last but not least sheri clark for a psych eval on nov 1 and i sould be golden after that i am looking forward to this
